These terms govern the use of our analytical verification and field calibration services for shielded thermocouples, torque transducers, and closed-loop manometers, all performed in compliance with BIS protocols.
We provide on-site and laboratory calibration for industrial measurement instruments. Each calibration includes traceable reference standards, data logging, and a BIS-compliant certificate. Services are limited to the specific instrument and parameters agreed in the work order. No implied warranties for fitness in unlisted applications are given.
You must ensure instruments are clean, accessible, and free from hazardous residues before service. You are responsible for providing a stable power supply and ambient conditions within the instrument’s specified range. Any damage caused by unsafe site conditions will be billed separately.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a calibration service is limited to the fee paid for that specific instrument. We are not liable for consequential damages, production losses, or data corruption. This limitation applies even if we are advised of the possibility of such damages.
All calibration procedures, software, and documentation provided during service remain our intellectual property. You receive a non-transferable license to use the calibration certificate and data for internal quality records. No part of our methodology may be reproduced or distributed without written consent.
We may suspend or terminate service immediately if you fail to provide safe access, breach payment terms, or misuse calibration certificates. Upon termination, you must return all proprietary materials. Outstanding fees remain due.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. The latest version is always available on this page. For material changes, we will notify you via the email address on file.
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration in Bangalore, Karnataka. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
